Stephen Ziegler Named to National Pain Council

logo-academy-mainStephen Ziegler, associate professor of public policy, was invited to serve on the State Pain Policy Advocacy Network’s (SPPAN) Leadership Advisory Council (LAC), a national advisory council of the American Academy of Pain Management.

The invitation recognizes his expertise and advocacy in pain policy and law.

From the SSPAN web site: The purpose of the State Pain Policy Advocacy Network’s (SPPAN’s) Leadership Advisory Council (LAC) is to guide SPPAN’s efforts and, as content experts, act as a resource for the SPPAN Director. The main objective for LAC members is to actively assist with implementing SPPAN’s Policy and Advocacy Priorities by working collectively—and individually—as pain policy leaders within their own organizations and networks, to advance SPPAN’s mission.
