Todor Cooklev publishes paper with students Charles McIntosh and J. Darabi

Todor Cookev, associate professor of wireless communication and director of the Center for Wireless Technology, together with undergraduate students Charles McIntosh (senior, electrical engineering) and J. Darabi (‘15), and visiting researcher M. Mosaheb, published a paper in the IEEE Magazine on Instrumentation and Measurement.

The article, “A cloud-based approach to spectrum monitoring,” examines issues with a proposed spectrum monitoring pilot program and presents a cloud-based system-of-systems for spectrum monitoring.

Spectrum monitoring and management is increasingly important because of the growing wireless demands of consumers, businesses, and governments worldwide.
