Todor Cooklev presented and chaired session at 2015 WINSYS conference

Todor Cooklev, associate professor of wireless communications and director of the Center for Wireless Technology, presented a paper and was a session chair at the 12th International Conference on Wireless Information Networks and Systems (WINSYS) in Colmar, France.

His paper, “Making Software-Defined Networks Semantic,” was nominated for the WINSYS 2015 best paper award. The paper examined the increasing role of the controller in radios and radio networks in defining and supporting relationships RF devices.
